• Terms and Conditions: After acceptance of quotations/invoice, the client confirms acceptance by paying the deposit. At the time of booking confirmation, the client has to deposit the total amount, by bank transfer or credit/debit card, to execute the order. Full payment must be done 45 days prior client’s arrival.

2. The price of the group tour is valid for groups of more than 21 to 30 persons, or as stated in the offer, and it is calculated on the basis of the contract prices submitted by suppliers. If the group consists of less than 21 or 30 persons, TRAVEL AGENCY reserves the right to charge for additional costs. Reservation will be made upon confirmation from your side. Minimum group size 30 Paxs and rates will change if the group size falls
3. Reservation of hotel room will be made upon confirmation from your side
4. Tour fare deposit amount paid is non-refundable after booking
5. Full payment must be made during the promotion due date.
6. High season surcharges to be advice
7. The itinerary is subject to change at the discretion of the land operator
8. TRAVEL AGENCY and its agent reserve the right to change or alter the program and revise fares without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances
9. Refund would be not entertained due to unforeseen circumstances to the country
10. For any unused service is not refundable
11. For The Person who cannot pass the immigration at the International Airport, Tour Fare would be not refundable
12. TRAVEL AGENCY acts only as your agent to provide you with service providers such as Airlines, hotels, ferries, Coaches, and others. We shall not in any circumstances be held liable for and will not accept responsibility or liability for the acts omissions, defaults on the past of these services provides and government change of regulations

POLISI PEMBAYARAN

• Deposit RM1,000/pax (Non-refundable)
• Bayaran ansuran diterima
• 90 hari : (50% daripada bayaran perlu dijelaskan – jika melibatkan tiket penerbangan antarabangsa)
• 60 hari : (50% daripada bayaran perlu dijelaskan – jika melibatkan tiket penerbangan domestik)
• 45 hari : (bayaran penuh perlu dijelaskan)

POLISI PEMBATALAN

Tiada Pemulangan Deposit akan dipulangkan jika peserta mahu membatalkan pakej yang telah diambil. 

TETAPI peserta boleh memilih salah satu dari pilihan berikut:

• Menukar tarikh pakej (1 kali sahaja) - tarikh penukaran hanya boleh dibuat dalam tempoh 12 bulan dari tarikh trip asal ATAU
• Tukar dengan peserta lain (hanya apabila tiket penerbangan antarabangsa/ domestik belum lagi dibeli)

Sebarang pertukaran (pilihan) di atas perlulah dibuat sekurang-kurangnya:

• 90 hari sebelum trip bermula : hanya 50% daripada bayaran, akan dipulangkan dan (Jika tiket penerbangan telah dibeli, keseluruhan kos penerbangan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh peserta).
• 45 hari sebelum trip bermula : Bayaran penuh yang telah dibuat, tidak akan dipulangkan.

TERMA & SYARAT

• Pihak syarikat BERHAK untuk membuat penukaran pada jadual program yang dicadangkan mengikut kesesuaian dan kelancaran pakej. Sebarang perubahan jadual mungkin berlaku contohnya seperti perubahan pada waktu penerbangan disebabkan oleh faktor cuaca dan sebagainya.
• Sebarang perubahan yang diminta oleh peserta melibatkan penambahan kos, kos tersebut akan ditanggung oleh peserta.
• Sebarang perubahan waktu penerbangan adalah diluar bidang kuasa kami. Pihak kami TIDAK AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB jika berlaku perubahan waktu / penangguhan jadual penerbangan.
• Pihak syarikat TIADA AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB sekiranya peserta di didapati positif covid-19 atau menghadapi apa jua masalah kesihatan sebelum / semasa / selepas trip berlangsung. Sebarang kos-kos yang terlibat adalah tanggungan peserta atau tuntutan boleh dilakukan berdasarkan polisi 'travel insurance' yang di beli sendiri oleh peserta.
• Apabila deposit telah dibuat, dengan ini peserta bersetuju dengan syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
