ITINERARY (Code RBTTW) :
Day 01 Arrival in Milan - Meet your representative at Milan Airport. Start the Milano city tour to visit Duomo Square, the Gothic Cathedral, La Scala Opera House, Castello Sforzesco, and the Duke of Milan. Overnight in Milan
Day 02 Milan – Como (Breakfast) - Breakfast. Visit Fidenza Village Outlet for shopping. Enjoy shopping at more than 120 designer and fashion brands with up to 70% off. Continue the tour to Como city. Visit & free time at the famous Lake. Overnight in Como.
Day 03 – Como - Lugano – Taesch – Zermatt – Taesch (Breakfast) - Breakfast at the hotel. We will start the journey to Tash (3.5 hours). Upon arrival in Tash, we will take a shuttle to Zermatt. Enjoy the ride to Zermatt. City tour in Zermatt. Free time for shopping and ski activities at the peak of Matterhorn (Ski equipment & cable car to the peak of Matterhorn not included). Take a shuttle train back to Tasch. Overnight in Tasch
Day 04 Taesch – Montreux – Kandergrund – Interlaken (Breakfast) - Breakfast. Proceed to travel to Montreux city (2 hours). Then proceed on our journey to Kandergrund (2 hours) and visit the famous and beautiful Lake Blausee. Proceed on our journey to Interlaken. Overnight in Interlaken.
Day 05 Interlaken – Lauterbrunen - Grindewald (Breakfast) - Breakfast. Interlaken city tour. Proceed to Isetwald and visit Lake Brienz (Crash Landing on You shooting scene). Visit Lake Thun. Then proceed to Grindelwald. Grindewald city tour and 1st Cliff of Mount Tissot (fees not included). –CLOSED TEMPORARILY. Proceed to Lauterbrunnen to visit Staubach Waterfall. Overnight in Interlaken
Day 06 Interlaken – Mount Titlis – Zurich (Breakfast) - Breakfast. We will continue our journey to Mount Titlis. Enjoy the scenic and snow activities at Mount Titlis via cable car (Entrance ticket not included). Continue the journey to Zurich. Overnight in Zurich
Day 07 Zurich (Breakfast) - Breakfast. Starting the day with Full Day Zurich explore the Old Town, St. Peters Church – known to have the largest clock face of all the European churches, the world-famous Bahnhofstrasse, the Limmatquai, and the Guild Houses ● Stop off at the harbor for a photo opportunity, where you enjoy a beautiful view of the Lake of Zürich, and the city and surrounding hills
Day 08: Depart Zurich (Breakfast) - Breakfast. Check Out. Transfer to Zurich Airport.

POLISI PEMBAYARAN

- 65 hari : (50% daripada bayaran perlu dijelaskan – jika melibatkan tiket penerbangan domestik)
- 45-60 hari : (bayaran penuh perlu dijelaskan)
POLISI PEMBATALAN
Tiada Pemulangan Deposit akan dipulangkan jika peserta mahu membatalkan pakej yang telah diambil.
TETAPI peserta boleh memilih salah satu dari pilihan berikut:
- Menukar tarikh pakej (1 kali sahaja) - tarikh penukaran hanya boleh dibuat dalam tempoh 12 bulan dari tarikh trip asal ATAU
- Tukar dengan peserta lain (hanya apabila tiket penerbangan antarabangsa/ domestik belum lagi dibeli)
Sebarang pertukaran (pilihan) di atas perlulah dibuat sekurang-kurangnya:
- 90 hari sebelum trip bermula : hanya 50% daripada bayaran, akan dipulangkan dan (Jika tiket penerbangan telah dibeli, keseluruhan kos penerbangan ditanggung sepenuhnya oleh peserta).
- 45-60 hari sebelum trip bermula : Bayaran penuh yang telah dibuat, tidak akan dipulangkan.
TERMA & SYARAT
- Pihak syarikat BERHAK untuk membuat penukaran pada jadual program yang dicadangkan mengikut kesesuaian dan kelancaran pakej. Sebarang perubahan jadual mungkin berlaku contohnya seperti perubahan pada waktu penerbangan disebabkan oleh faktor cuaca dan sebagainya.
- Sebarang perubahan yang diminta oleh peserta melibatkan penambahan kos, kos tersebut akan ditanggung oleh peserta.
- Sebarang perubahan waktu penerbangan adalah diluar bidang kuasa kami. Pihak kami TIDAK AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB jika berlaku perubahan waktu / penangguhan jadual penerbangan.
- Pihak syarikat TIADA AKAN BERTANGGUNGJAWAB sekiranya peserta di didapati positif covid-19 atau menghadapi apa jua masalah kesihatan sebelum / semasa / selepas trip berlangsung. Sebarang kos-kos yang terlibat adalah tanggungan peserta atau tuntutan boleh dilakukan berdasarkan polisi 'travel insurance' yang di beli sendiri oleh peserta.
- Apabila deposit telah dibuat, dengan ini peserta bersetuju dengan syarat yang telah ditetapkan oleh syarikat.
